Onboarding
Sign up, verify your email, and land on a deliberately empty dashboard you can shape as you go.
First-run flow
- Register — open the app, tap Register, and enter your email and a password.
- Verify your email — a code lands in your inbox. Enter it in the app to confirm the address. Verification is one-time and required before login.
- Sign in — once verified, sign in with the same email and password. The app stays signed in across sessions on each device.
- Land on your dashboard — the home screen opens empty. You build it up by using the features that matter to you.
Forgot password
If you can’t sign in:
- Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
- A 6-digit PIN is sent to your email.
- Enter the PIN in the app.
- Choose a new password.
The PIN is short-lived — if it expires, request a new one.
Picking up from the dashboard
From the empty dashboard you can:
- Open the sidebar and explore the available features.
- Create your first task, habit, or journal entry.
- Toggle which features appear in your sidebar.
- Visit Settings to adjust preferences.
Tips
- Use the same account everywhere. Sign up once, use it on web, desktop, and mobile. All your data syncs automatically.
- Check spam for verification. Some email providers flag verification messages. If it doesn’t arrive in two minutes, check spam and request a new code.
- The empty dashboard is the point. Start with one feature; the dashboard fills up around what you actually use.
- Your data is yours. Export it from Settings at any time.
Our approach
The flow is short on purpose, the first dashboard is empty on purpose, and email verification is mandatory on purpose — grounded in research on the fresh-start effect, choice overload, and minimal-friction account creation.
